"No Response to Messages or Emails"
They don't respond to any messages or emails you reach out with. The customer service is just terrible. I strongly suggest steering clear of buying anything from this company.
"Been using the product for a year"
I've had this product for a year, and I'm pleased with the device itself. However, things took a turn for the worse when they introduced the Vestaboard+ subscription service. This unproven service caused a mess by showing random messages on my board, and the only way to turn it off is to cough up for the subscription. I can't recommend this anymore.
"Vestar Mini Cruise 2 Board Review"
They really exaggerate the specifications on their board, and honestly, it's the worst company I've ever dealt with for a board. Almost had two crashes while using it because the board just powers down, even when the remote shows 50%. The remote control design is terrible, with no alerts when the battery is running low.
What a letdown. This is the worst board I've bought to date. Seriously, steer clear of this company.

"I feel totally ripped off since they won't..."
I feel totally ripped off since they won't assist with repairs, even though I bought parts from them. The service is just terrible; you shouldn't trust this company at all because it's a total scam.

"Total scam operation"
This company is a total scam. I waited a whole month for my board when they said it would be here in 15 days at most. My belt snapped after just 60 miles, and I had to replace the bearings too. They won't respond to my emails or offer any help with fixing problems. They don't even honor their own warranty, which should be against the law. It's the epitome of false advertising and a prime example of a scam operation.

"Ignored After My Order..."
Since I placed my order, it feels like I've been totally ignored. Still waiting on my board to arrive.
